When you are in the lead, you want competition to be fair. When you are lagging behind, suddenly all the helps make sense. So think twice about all the policies in place that help those unfortunate people. Maybe it is there to make competition possible. And when things get challenging, generally, things will improve.
Stop making policies that is siding with those in the winning position. Comfortable make things worse. The narrative that we as the working force needs to climb out of our comfort zone to improve. It had been taught to us all the time. It is time for us to bring those at the top out of their comfort zone. So that they can improve as well.
